Contact us →Are the materials safe for babies and young children?
Yes. We use PLA plastic, which is biodegradable, safe, and free of harmful substances — made to brighten a nursery without worry. Since our pieces have small decorative details, they're best displayed as decor on a shelf or wall in a child's room, out of reach of children. Full safety notes are available in our Terms of Use.
How long does production take?
Standard production takes about 7 working days. If you have a specific deadline (a christening, a birthday), mention it in the notes and we'll do our best to meet it.
How does shipping work?
We ship via Post Express across Serbia — delivery takes 1–2 working days from dispatch. We pack carefully so your piece arrives in perfect shape, and if anything does happen in transit, let us know and we'll sort it out together.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is 500 RSD, and free for orders over 5,000 RSD.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Serbia only. Follow us on Instagram — international shipping is something we're working on.
How does the order process work?
Choose a product, theme, palette, and decorations in the configurator, enter the child's name, and submit an order request. We'll reach out if we need to check any details, and payment is cash on delivery, to the courier, when the package arrives.
Can I change my order after submitting?
You can change your order before we start production. Email us with your order number and the change you'd like as soon as possible.
What if I spell the name wrong?
We always check the order details before we start production — if we notice anything that looks off, we'll contact you to confirm it. If you spot a mistake before that, let us know right away and we'll easily fix it. Once production has started, unfortunately we can't remake it for free due to a misspelled name.
Can I order something custom — something not in the catalogue?
Absolutely! Fill in the custom order form and tell us what you've got in mind. We have experience making all kinds of products, formats, sizes, and combinations — we love a creative challenge.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery — just pay the courier when your package arrives, nothing upfront. Only in special situations (like large or fully custom orders) will we contact you to arrange a deposit or advance payment.
Do you have discount codes?
Yes! If you have a coupon code, enter it in your cart or at checkout — the discount (or free shipping, depending on the coupon) is automatically applied to your order.
Can I return or cancel my order?
Since every piece is personalised and made especially for you, we don't do classic returns or cancellations once an order's confirmed. If something isn't right with your product — damaged, wrong, or not what you expected — get in touch, and we'll always find a solution together. Details are on our Returns & Complaints page.
