Shipping

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship within Serbia only, by courier. Delivery takes 1–2 working days from the day of dispatch.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery is charged at a flat 500 RSD, and free for orders over 5,000 RSD. We ship via Post Express, and reserve the right to use other courier services where needed for the best and quickest delivery.

Packaging

Every piece is packed in protective materials to prevent damage in transit.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number for your shipment.

Caring for your piece

Material

Pieces are made from PLA plastic — a biodegradable material that's safe and non-toxic for nurseries. Decorative elements are glued to the base; despite careful assembly, parts can occasionally come loose or detach over time or after an impact, so check the piece periodically to make sure everything's in place. These are decorative objects with small parts — keep them out of reach of babies and young children, never leave a child unattended with the product, and make sure it isn't put in the mouth.

Cleaning

Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners or submerge in water.

Temperature

Keep your pieces away from heat sources (radiators, direct sunlight). PLA plastic can deform and fade under high temperatures.

Durability

Direct sunlight, water/moisture, and how you store the piece all affect its lifespan — with proper care, pieces last a long time, but we're not responsible for accelerated degradation caused by exposure to strong or direct sunlight, water, or inadequate care. These pieces aren't intended for play — they're decorative in nature.
